Who is re:generation for?

Re:generation is for everyone...those who have been walking with Christ for years and those who are just starting out on their journey with Jesus. We ALL have experienced hurt, pain, sin and struggles...the stuff we push down and never deal with, and the issues we hide because we are too embarrassed to admit we have them. Perhaps you are wrestling with anxiety, fear, unforgiveness or insecurity...an addiction to porn, food or alcohol...or maybe you are the victim of abuse. Re:generation offers an authentic and supportive community to walk with you through the healing process. We were never meant to do this alone! What to Expect

Starting something new can be a bit intimidating, so we want to give you all of the info up front so that you can feel comfortable becoming a part of Re:generation here at The River.

Re:generation Overview
Re:generation is a healing, recovery, and discipleship ministry designed for everyone, from committed believers in Jesus Christ to people with no faith background at all. It helps people deal with and get healing from current struggles as well as past hurts and trauma. Re:generation walks individuals through 12 biblical steps to freedom. Re:generation consists of heartwork being done by each individual on their own using the Re:generation workbooks to help facilitate healing. Every participant will then meet once a week with Re:generation coaches and peers for review and support. 
Time Commitment
The Re:generation ministry runs for approximately ten months, with weekly meetings on Tuesday nights from 7-8:30pm. Re:generation also requires daily "heartwork" (six days a week) in the workbooks, for 15-30 minutes each day. Participants must attend all meetings unless there are extenuating circumstances. 
Weekly Meeting Format
All participants initially meet together in Large Group for praise and worship, teaching, and encouragement. Then, men and women will break into their individual small groups for review of the weekly steps and to receive additional peer support. 
Cost
There is no cost to participate in Re:generation, but there is a cost for the materials. Each participant will receive six books at a total cost of $80.00.
