Ron and Linda: Senior Pastor & wife
Ron and his wife, Linda, live in Providence Forge and enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren.
Ron has a heart for moving people into relationship with Christ, seeing believers set free from religious practices and traditions that have typically stifled God’s love. With an incredible gift of discernment and a vision for the church, Ron desires to train people up in the Lord and release them into ministry, hence the name “The River Church”, which continually flows and is teaming with God’s equipping power and love, rather than a sediment pond that builds memberships and presumes to reach a lost and dying world from inside a building.
With a vision to love the local community into relationship through providing practical needs as well spiritual needs, Ron also has a heart for underserved countries. With tangible ministry outreach to India, South Africa, as well as Uganda. Ron has a vision for campus church planting and sees an opportunity to reach many nations through the drawing of students from countries throughout the globe to the love of Christ, while here originally for the US education system.
Ron looks forward to writing books, planting more churches as well as continuing to follow obediently God’s plan to love a lost and dying world. His ministry philosophy for the church, especially in North America, is to once again fulfill its responsibility of loving on and caring for people practically and spiritually while living and moving in God’s fullness.
Ana and Steve: Youth Ministry
Ana and Steve have a burning heart for young people to encounter Jesus and let Him change their lives. Every Wednesday night the youth meet for worship, encouragement through the Word, fellowship and a meal.

Joel and Sylvia: Holy Smoke Ministry
Administration, Financial Team, Outreach Ministries
Joel runs a God-given food outreach ministry called "Holy Smoke". For several years Joel has been serving the greater Williamsburg community through his food ministry; from feeding the homeless to giving a breakfast to our first responders and countless other opportunities. God has used his generosity and humility to touch many lives for the gospel and show love in a very practical way.

Philip and Victoria: Prayer Ministry
Victoria leads our intercessory prayer ministry. She has an amazing gift to hear and understand what Holy Spirit is saying and leading us into, as individuals and corporately. It has often been said that every great move of God has started with prayer, and we want to partner with what God is saying and doing in this nation and the world.
If you would like to join us on Wednesday nights 7pm, we meet in the main auditorium for prayer and worship.
Bill and Mel: Elder and wife
Building, Facilities, Teaching, and Site coordination
Bill and Mel have a heart of compassion for those in our body, as well as a desire to help build world-changers for God’s Kingdom. With significant experience in men’s and women’s ministry, praise and worship, leading small groups, and teaching, they look for opportunities to build up other believers and help them in their walk with the Lord. Their passion is to develop people who will help change the world, one life at a time.
